RUMAWIP | RESIDENSI WILAYAH
RUMAWIP is a government-led affordable housing scheme in Malaysia that aims to provide affordable homes for low- and middle-income earners. The initiative is meant to address the growing issue of affordable housing in the country, where the cost of living has been rising steadily.
Under the RUMAWIP scheme, private developers are given incentives by the government to build affordable homes for eligible buyers. The scheme offers homes at prices lower than the market rate, with a maximum cap on the selling price set by the government. The units are usually apartments or flats that are well-equipped and come with basic amenities such as parking, lifts, and security.
To be eligible for RUMAWIP, applicants must meet certain criteria, such as being a Malaysian citizen, earning a certain income level, and not owning any other property. The scheme is usually targeted at first-time homebuyers, and the homes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Buyers also benefit from flexible financing options and lower down payments.
Overall, RUMAWIP has been successful in providing affordable housing options for Malaysians, particularly those who are struggling to find affordable housing in urban areas. It has helped to ease the burden of home ownership and provided an opportunity for more people to own their own homes.

The Bandar Tun Razak Station is located between the western edge of Bandar Tun Razak and the Salak Expressway, placing the station on a steep slope that drops down from Bandar Tun Razak onto the highway. Both levels are only linked via stairways and escalators, rendering the Station unfriendly to disabled users.
The styling of the station is similar to most other stations in the line, featuring curved roofs supported by latticed frames, and white plastered walls and pillars.
